We are open from Monday to Saturday from 7AM-4PM. Sundays we are closed for same day orders.

Monday to Saturday we have two delivery slots: Morning, 8AM-12NN & Afternoon, 1PM-4PM.

We only do preorders on Sundays, which can be picked up or delivered between 8am-3pm. Cutoff for Sunday preorders is 12NN on Saturday.

To allow for creative freedom and give ourselves the liberty to work with new flower varieties, we hesitate doing exact arrangement reproductions.

Should this be your request, we will do our best to follow the same color scheme and style of the arrangement, but no two arrangements will ever be alike! Send us an email at flowerlovers1048@gmail.com with the photo reference and you may also include your order number.

Our flowers come from around the country and all over the world. Our local flowers come from Laguna, Tagaytay, Baguio, Bukidnon, Benguet. We also have flowers from Vietnam, China, and as far as Holland and Ecuador.

Our bouquets come wrapped with biodegradable kraft paper packaging. Our vase arrangements come in a clear cylinder glass vase. Both topped with a ribbon and a special printed card.

If you receive a bouquet, unwrap the flowers and remove the water packet from the bottom of the stems. Give the stems a fresh diagonal cut, about one inch. Place in a clean vase topped with fresh water and flower food. Follow with the vase care below: 

For a vase arrangement, replace cloudy water or add cool and clean water daily. Ensure no leaves are in the water to prevent contamination which shortens the life of the flowers. Keep the flowers in a cool space,  away from drafts and direct sunlight to prolong their life.

Cutoff for same day orders is 12NN. Sundays are preorders only, cutoff is on Saturday at 12NN. For next day orders cutoff is the day prior at 4PM. Flowers will last typically 3-5 days with our local climate. To prolong the vase life of your flowers, make sure that your vase has been cleaned thoroughly with soap and water before placing the flowers inside with fresh cool water. Change or add fresh water daily. Remove any fading petals, stems, or stray leaves that may contaminate the water. To prolong their life, keep the flowers in a cool space, away from drafts and direct sunlight.

On our online store, select the arrangement you would like to purchase, including the size, wrapping preference, color, and all other relevant fields. Add the item to cart. From the cart, enter any specific details and notes you would like us to know about your order, and select your preferred delivery date at the bottom of the cart page. Click check out and enter your delivery details and follow the instructions to process the payment.

We accept credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. For bank deposit, please send us the deposit slip through flowerlovers1048@gmail.com with the Subject: Order #___ Bank Deposit.

We have a cutoff of 12NN for same day, and 4PM for next day. For urgent, same day, or next day deliveries, please call +0288530504 to check on flower and earliest delivery schedule 

Yes, you may enter it in the space provided before you add your product to the cart. The notes are placed in a card and envelope, and attached to the flower order. Please keep your message to 200 characters to fit the card.

You will receive an automated reply and an order number. We also get in touch personally to let you know the order is being taken care of.

Deliveries are available everyday except Sundays, Public Holidays and selected dates. Should you need a delivery on Sunday, please contact us directly at +0288530504 and we will let you know if we have availabilities. 

Our delivery schedule is as follows: Monday - Saturday, 8AM-12NN & 1PM-4PM 

We do not promise delivery times, but we will try our best to have your order delivered within your preferred time slot. We reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee incase no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided delivery address.

Delivery is charged depending on the location. Rates are shown at checkout, upon entering your delivery address.

Our team delivers each order personally or via a hired car. We deliver our flowers in a vehicle, to ensure the flowers arrive safely and in good condition. 

The flowers are presented in your selected packaging option, wrapped or in a vase, with a message card, care instructions, and a decorative ribbon.

If no recipient or representative is available, we  will call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions. If both parties cannot be contacted via telephone, the flowers will be left at a reception or front desk, at the door, or returned to the shop. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on. Products returned to shop will incur a second delivery charge.

Yes, you may pick up your flowers at our store every day from 9am to 4pm. Do advise us what time you prefer to pick them up so we can ensure they are ready and set aside for a smooth pick up.
